Sizzling entertainment will set the mood and enticing Carnivale costumes bring a bare-as-you-dare bohemian attitude! Take your place among fellow revelers ready to frolic as you roam the grounds of Castle McCulloch, transformed for the evening into an enchanted island paradise.

DJ Randy "Bad Boy" Smith- DJ Randy "Bad Boy" SmithRandy Smith Electrifying the Crystal Garden Ballroom with a pulse pounding selection of booty-shakin’ beats is DJ Randy “Bad Boy” Smith. Bringing the tunes as well as the event’s pro sound equipment, DJ Randy’s diverse musical selection will keep Caribbean Carnevale’s sexy costumed revelers out on the dance floor all night long.

The Carolina Black Flaggers and mates- Black Flaggers!The Carolina Black Flaggers and their mates bring lusty lunacy and pyro-manical antics to (where else?) The Pyrate Bar. Having dropped anchor at Caribbean Carnevale, these ribald rapscallions are engaging patrons in sea shanties and drinking ballads while sharing tawdry tales of their high seas hi-jinks. BEWARE of bawdy behavior once aboard, The Pyrates are accustomed to sword fights, busty wenches and pillaging – Aaaaarrrrrgh! Show your Pyrate spirit or you may have to walk the plank!

The Three Graces Entertainment- Bringing eight exotic Three Graces island beauties to Caribbean Carnevale, Three Graces Entertainment will tantalize tropical audiences with colorful Polynesian dance! Three Graces varied performance styles include: American Tribal, Oriental, Cabaret, and Fusion belly dance. Let their Caribbean choreography carry you away!

Tasuma-Tasuma Tasuma, lead by Sandy Blocker, will be taking you on a musical journey through the islands. They will be playing Hoodo and Voodoo music with a twist of Jazz and Blues and a dash of Brazilian. The band will consist of percussion instruments, saxaphone, keybopard, drums, guitar, harmonica and mandoline.


DJ Augustus Leo- Accustomed to entertainingDJ Augustus Leo a hip nighttime crowd, DJ Augustus Leo spins locally at Solaris in Greensboro, NC. His tracks are always bangin’ and Caribbean Carnivale will be no exception as he transports you to a place under a tropical moon.


DJ Kate- Hailing from the shantytowns of south central DJ Kate Greensboro, selecta Kate will be bringing the freshest dancehall riddims and illest grimy dub vibes. Sure to have you skankin' out all night long. Imported exclusives from Negril, Jaimaica, and vibes from anywhere with a carribean flavor and island feel. This rare opportunity to hear Kate play is not to be missed.


Unifire Theatre-Based in Asheville, NC, the spectaculareUnifire spectacular Unifire Theatre troupe combines fire arts with the magic of the stage. Each stunning show tells a tale that is woven with fire and enhanced by expert choreography, dance and costuming. You will be astounded at the skills these artists posses as they spin, juggle, breathe, toss, and eat fire while remaining completely unscathed. Unifire has thrilled Castle Carnevale audiences from the very beginning and their latest tropical-themed presentation will mesmerize you!

Zany Umbrella Circus- Pittsburgh, PA - based ZanyZany Umbrella Circus Umbrella Circus has thrilled audiences the world over with breathtaking aerial artistry! Members Ben Sota and Erin Carey perform a sinuously sexy acrobatic duet high above their captivated crowd. This beautifully talented twosome doesn’t look down and neither will you! Performing shows on corde lisse (aerial rope), silks and trapeze inside the “Circus-Circus Tent”, these daring dancers defy gravity from heat-wave inducing heights.

Phoenix- Phoenix, with BURN TheatriX, high stepsPhoto by Bert Reed Photography into Caribbean Carnivale through a window to another time and place. Witness the magic and mystery of the witch doctor as he trance-dances, burns potions and creates another dimension of multisensory experience.


Trinidad Trey – Trey is ready to wow you with amazing feats of skill, agility and voodoo majic. Find him towering over the crowd on his 4 foot high unicycle and on his stilted legs as he fights the evil spirits off with his staff spinning talents.
