Many times, it is only after we have met with you personally to hear your ideas & assess your needs that we can tailor a proposal especially for your Event. We do offer Monthly Installment Payments with No Additional Charges for Financing contact us for more details!

Yes! There are many Hotels located within a very short drive of our property. You will find a vast selection of accommodations with easy access to Castle McCulloch all easy to find from the major interstate routes through North Carolina and this area. We suggest you select a Hotel from our list of Preferred Vendors.

Your Initial Set Up is Included with the price of your Room Rental & that does include the Tables & Chairs in each Building.

Your Castle Representative will be happy to go over the different styles of Seating and the type of Event you are planning to determine with you how many people can be comfortably accommodated.

InTimate Wedding Package (FAQ'S)

You May Not Bring Your Own Food; However, We Have A Wonderful Selection Of Appetizers That You May Choose From, With Our Add-On Package, For The Intimate Wedding Package, For An Additional Fee.

The Intimate Package Is Available Monday – Thursday 1PM-4PM. Weekends Are Not Available, At This Time, For The Intimate Wedding Package.

Yes! You Can Add On Early Entry To This Package Or You May Add On the Evening Time From 4PM-9PM For A True Reception For Your Intimate Wedding Package! (Additional Fees Apply).

Yes! You Can Add On An Additional Time Frame From 4PM-9PM To Have A Reception With A Dinner & Dancing, For An Additional Fee.

Yes! We Do Offer A Celebration Toast & We Also Offer All Inclusive 3 Hour Bar Packages For Our Intimate Wedding Packages, For An Additional Fee

Absolutely! You Can Decorate The Tables & Room.

The Intimate Wedding Package Is An All Inclusive Package, And No Substitutions Are Allowed.

Currently We Are Only Booking The Intimate Wedding Package Six (6) Months In Advance.

We Use A Rotation Of Our Preferred Vendors, To Insure The Highest Quality & Standards For Your Intimate Wedding, According To The Availability Of Their Schedules.

Your dream is important to us and we look forward to making your special occasion exceptional by providing you with 30+ Years Of Wedding Experience: Rental Package Includes – 6 1/2 hour Venue Rental – Table & Chairs Are Provided for The Inside Venues (Great Hall, Queen’s Chambers and Crystal Garden Ballroom).

Chairs Only Are Provided For The Outside Venues (Hillside Terrace & Great Hall Patio) – 1 Hour Complimentary Detail Session With Our Event Coordinator Whom Will Assist You In Final Preparations Of Your Floor Plan and Bar Arrangements (Scheduled During The Week By Appointment) – Our Operations Manager Onsite For The Duration Of Your Event – Free Parking For All Of Your Guests – A Premium Bridal Package Which Includes: A 3 Hour Access To The Entire Property For Your Bridal Photo Shoot, Access To The Bridal Dressing Rooms and a 1 1/2 Hour Wedding Rehearsal. Venue Rental Times – Daytime 9:00 am to 3:30 pm – Evening 4:30 pm to 11:00 pm – Time Extension Upgrades Available
